1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern sales made through the website www.kenzakids.lu between Kenza Kids and any consumer (hereinafter “the Customer”).

By placing an order, the Customer fully and unconditionally accepts these T&Cs.

2. Definitions

• Item / Product: goods offered for sale on the website.

• Customer: individual consumer purchasing for personal use.

• Order: purchase confirmed by the Customer.

• Price: total price including VAT, excluding delivery costs.

• Delivery: shipment of the order to the Customer’s address.

• Delivery fees: costs charged for shipping.

3. Scope

These T&Cs apply to all orders placed on www.kenzakids.lu for delivery within the European Union.

The Customer must be of legal age and legally capable.

4. Order

To place an order, the Customer must:

Order confirmation creates a binding contract.

A confirmation email is sent after payment.

Kenza Kids reserves the right to refuse an order in case of fraud, previous disputes, or obvious errors.

5. Price and Payment

Prices are indicated including VAT, excluding delivery fees.

Payment is due immediately.

Orders are shipped after receipt of payment.

6. Delivery

Orders are delivered via DPD or UPS.

Delays do not give rise to compensation.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

7.1 Right of Withdrawal (mandatory in e-commerce)

In accordance with European law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Luxembourg law, the Customer has 15 calendar days from the day after receiving the order to exercise the right of withdrawal without giving a reason.

To exercise this right:

• Notify Kenza Kids at: kenzakids@kenza-lauro.lu
• Return the items in their original condition within 14 days of notification.

7.2 Return Conditions

Items must be:

• New
• 
  
• Unworn
• 
  
• Unwashed
• 
  
• With original tags and packaging
• 
  
• Not sold or discounted
• 
  
• Not from excluded categories (lingerie, swimsuits, underwear)

7.4 Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

7.5 Refund

Refunds are made within 14 days after receipt and verification of items, using the same payment method.

7.6 In-Store Exchange

The Customer may also exchange items directly in-store under the same conditions.

They may:

• Exchange for other items, or

• Receive a store credit voucher.

An exchange is accepted only if:

• Return conditions are met, and

• Items are received within 15 days after order receipt.

9. Warranty and Liability

Kenza Kids applies the statutory warranty of conformity (EU Directive / Luxembourg law).

Liability is limited to the amount of the order, except in cases of gross or intentional fault.

10. Intellectual Property

The website and its content are protected by intellectual property rights.

Any reproduction is prohibited without authorization.

11. Data Protection (GDPR)

Collected data is used for order management and customer relations.

12. Force Majeure

In case of force majeure, Kenza Kids may suspend or cancel an order.

A refund may be offered if fulfillment becomes impossible.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by Luxembourg law.

Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City.
